Having spent almost my entire adult life involved with the saga that has been CASHBACK, flying all over the world and getting a great response from festival audiences and critics (although, what do they know?) alike, it's been a bit strange and frustrating that practically the only country in the world that's yet to see it in the cinemas is Britain, the country of the film's strange, protracted birth. That's all about to change, however. Ugly Duckling Films have finally signed a deal with The Works to distribute the film in the UK. It'll be released in the cinemas on Friday the 25th of April. There should be at least one screen showing it in every major city. Beyond that, I'm fuzzy on the details. Please go along and tell everyone you've ever met to go too. I promise you they'll love it. Well, actually, that's a stupid thing to say. But if the rest of the planet is anything to go by, then at least 90% of people will love it.
